What is Mystical Horror Art?
There’s two sides to every coin, and in my art, I find myself exploring both. I’m drawn to the allure of mysticism and magic—crafting worlds that exist only in the realms of imagination. There’s a certain beauty in the unknown, in weaving stories that bend reality.
On the flip side, I’m captivated by the horror of the unexplained, the unsettling feeling that comes from confronting the misunderstood.
Whether I’m creating a mystical landscape, a chilling horror scene, or blending the two, my artwork naturally intertwines these elements.
It’s not just about crafting an image; it’s about creating an experience—one that pulls viewers into a world where the impossible feels tangible, and the eerie keeps you on edge.

Jessica Payne currently resides in the sunny state of California. Favorite activities outside of working on her artwork include exploring new places, cooking, and spending time with her husband, friends, and fur baby.
